Where are cryogenic valves generally used.

Cryogenic valve overview:
Valves suitable for medium temperatures of -40°C to -196°C are called cryogenic valves.
Cryogenic valves include cryogenic ball valves, cryogenic gate valves, cryogenic globe valves, cryogenic safety valves, cryogenic check valves, cryogenic butterfly valves, cryogenic needle valves, cryogenic throttle valves, cryogenic pressure reducing valves, etc., mainly used in ethylene, liquefied natural gas plants, natural gas LPG LNG storage tanks, receiving bases and satellite stations, air separation equipment, petrochemical tail gas separation equipment, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide cryogenic storage tanks and tankers, pressure swing adsorption oxygen production and other devices. The output liquid low-temperature medium, such as ethylene, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum products, etc., is not only flammable and explosive, but also needs to be gasified when the temperature rises. When gasified, the volume expands hundreds of times.
The material of the LNG valve is very important. If the material is unqualified, it will cause external or internal leakage of the shell and sealing surface; the comprehensive mechanical properties, strength and rigidity of the parts cannot meet the use requirements or even break. Leakage of liquefied natural gas medium caused an explosion. Therefore, in the process of developing, designing and developing LNG valves, material is the most important issue.
After years of manufacturing, we have accumulated rich experience, and have become more mature from design, process to manufacture, and have developed and formed a series of products for cryogenic valves.
