    A We have 12 new energy-saving and environment-friendly investment casting production lines, including a fully automatic shelling line and 4 natural gas heat treatment lines, which can produce more than 20,000 tons of precision castings and various castings annually.
  • QHow does your company guarantee product quality?

    First of all, we will have a corresponding inspection after each process. For the final product, we will do a 100% full inspection according to the customer's requirements and international standards;
    Then, we have advanced and complete top testing equipment in the industry: spectral analyzer, metallographic microscope, universal tensile testing machine, low temperature impact testing machine, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, coordinate measuring instrument, image measuring instrument, etc. The above-mentioned equipment can fully guarantee to provide customers with high-precision final castings, and at the same time ensure to meet customers' all-round testing requirements for physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric dimension testing.
  • QWhat is the payment method?
    A When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.
  • QHow to ship the goods to customers?
    A
    Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Ningbo, and we are only 35 kilometers away from Ningbo port, so sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
